How to add Exchange Protection

With exchange protection, you can modify or cancel your exchange holiday for ANY reason up to 14 days before check-in.

You'll receive your trading power with its original validity, and a credit in your account for the same RCI exchange fee paid which can be used for a future transaction within 6 months of the cancellation.

You can only take out exchange protection at the time of making your booking online or when make a booking through one of our friendly guides.

It's easy to add protection when making your booking online. On step 2 of the booking process, under ‘Add Services’, you will be offered the option to 'add exchange protection'. If you don't wish to take out exchange protection with us, simply uncheck the tick box next to it and continue through the booking funnel. Leave the box checked if you wish to add it.

Once added, your holiday will now be protected.
